Project Management:
We supervise projects from development through their successful completion. We provide plan development, resources, time and budget management, quality assurance, and project communications. We constantly strive to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Project Reporting:
We assure periodic and final project reporting to the sponsor. We gather and appraise written and audio-visual performance records from the project's partners and consolidate them in a single document. We account financial statements and fill out administrative forms.
